Removed unused resources and moved others to external CDN.

The biggest changes are to use maxcdn for Bootstrap 3 and you're transitioning the app to use a newer version of jQuery. 👍 I'm good with the changes. |

This is a proposal to simplify resources. I removed a bit of unused images and javascript. Also, moved other dependencies to use CDN.
